Based on TCM inheritance auxiliary platform to discuss on hypertension

Abstract

Objective: This paper was aimed to study prescription regularity on hypertension treatment of Yang Ge professor. Methods: A total of 181 prescriptions were obtained by manual retrieval. TCM Inheritance Auxiliary Platform (V 2.5) was used in the study of single drug, pair of drugs, triangle drug, and compatibility laws by using association rules, complex systems entropy clustering and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering.Results: The most common herbal medicine is Gancao (134 times, 74.03%)、Tianma (121 times, 66.85%)、Gouteng (110 times, 60.77%); the most common matched pair of medicine is Gouteng-Tianma (106 times, 58.56%); the most common compatibility laws were Niuxi, Gouteng-> Tianma. Conclusion: Professor Yang always use Tianma, Gouteng, Niuxi, Sijunzi Decoction, et to clam the liver and suppress yang, restore qi and blood movement and invigorate the spleen and stomach to treat the hypertension about old men.
