Comparison of agricultural character and aroma component of Burley Tobacco Varieties in Dazhou Aera

Abstract

Comparison experiment of different burley tobacco varieties were carried out in Dazhou, the index of growth and the content of chemical component and aroma component in leaves of different varieties were studied. The results showed that the variety‘Dabai 1’was the most adaptable in Dazhou area and the variety ‘KT204’was the second. The chemical component in cured leaves of these varieties was fitting, and two varieties‘KT204’and‘TN97’were better. The aroma component in cured leaves of these varieties was different, the aroma component in cured leaves of‘TN90’was the highest, followed by‘TN90’, and the aroma component of‘KT204’was more than that of‘Dabai 1’and‘EY4’.
