Abstract

This studied aims to solve the long idle time of intensive baking room, explore the use of baked and other facilities to cultivate high value-added industries and promote farmers'' income. This paper introduced the brazil mushroom growth on the environment requirements; Expounded the prodtion of substrates and the mycelial growth stage management techniques; Expounded the mushroom of temperature、humidity management and water requirements; Expounded the recovery of the standard and the matters needing attention; Expounded the baking processing platform building methods and operating technology. Hope through the dense curing barn under this specific conditions, provide technical support of explore the solution applied to foster brazil mushroom.
