The homestead has gradually from a single basic living security resources to important available assets of farmers in the production and living. 【Objective】Four village farmers in Changji of Xingjiang sample, farmers land circulation behavior influence factors were analyzed. 【Method】By using SPSS software,take the binary Logistic model regression analysis on the factors affecting the circulation of farmers. 【Result】The Level of education, whether want to sell the homestead to improve the living, whether willing to donate part of the proceeds to improve the infrastructure construction, how the village collective approval and whether the publicity value of index levels significantly, other variables are not. 【Conclusion】Perfection of the legal environment, protect the legitimate rights and interests of farmers, regulate the circulation of land market, safeguard farmers living standards continue to move forward and explore the flow form of adjust measures to local conditions actively are the objective requirements of the development.
