Agronomic Traits and Photosynthetic Parameters of Celery Under Facility Cultivation

Abstract

To explore the differences in agronomic traits and photosynthesis-related parameters among different celery varieties and to breed celery varieties with higher yields, this experiment used seven local celery varieties such as ‘SQ-1’ as materials and conducted uniform planting management under facility cultivation. The results showed that in terms of agronomic traits, ‘SQ-4’ had the most small leaves, and its single plant weight and root length were also superior to other tested varieties, reaching 78.23 g and 14.08 cm respectively; ‘SQ-5’ had the largest leaf stalk width and thickness among the tested varieties, which were 7.92 and 7.32 mm respectively, while ‘SQ-4’ had the second largest leaf stalk width and thickness among the seven tested varieties; the average plant height of ‘SQ-5’ was 47.07 cm, significantly higher than the other six varieties, and the average plant height of ‘SQ-4’ was 43.22 cm, ranking third among the seven tested varieties. In terms of photosynthesis-related parameters, ‘SQ-1’ had the highest net photosynthetic rate of 4.80 μmol/(m2·s), and ‘SQ-3’ had a significantly higher transpiration rate than the other varieties, reaching 1.81 mmol/(m2·s). Meanwhile, the net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of ‘SQ-4’ were 4.78 μmol/(m2·s) and 1.75 mmol/(m2·s) respectively, slightly lower than the maximum values among the tested varieties but still highly significant. ‘SQ-7’ had the highest relative chlorophyll content (SPAD) of 42.93 and nitrogen content of 13.40 mg/g among the tested varieties, while ‘SQ-4’ had the second highest SPAD and nitrogen content after ‘SQ-7’. In conclusion, ‘SQ-4’ has a relatively prominent comprehensive advantage in key agronomic traits such as single plant weight, number of small leaves, and plant root weight, as well as photosynthesis-related parameters.

为了探究宁夏银北盐碱地区柳枝稷高产优质高效栽培过程中最佳的施氮量及其对柳枝稷叶片光合特性及抗旱性的影响,本研究采用大田试验,以Cave-in-Rock品种柳枝稷为供试材料,设无氮添加 (0 kg·hm<sup>-2</sup>,N<sub>0</sub>)、施低氮(60 kg·hm<sup>-2</sup>,N<sub>60</sub>)、中氮(120 kg·hm<sup>-2</sup>,N<sub>120</sub>)和高氮(240 kg·hm<sup>-2</sup>,N<sub>240</sub>)共4个施氮水平,分析比较了各生育时期内柳枝稷叶片光合特性、渗透调节物质及抗氧化酶活性的变化,同时采用隶属函数法综合评价了盐碱地柳枝稷的抗旱性。结果表明,随着不同施氮水平的增加,柳枝稷各生育时期内叶片叶绿素相对含量(SPAD)、净光合速率(P<sub>n</sub>)、气孔导度(G<sub>s</sub>)和细胞间隙CO<sub>2</sub>浓度(C<sub>i</sub>)整体呈现先升后降的趋势,均在施中氮(N<sub>120</sub>)处理下达到峰值。与无氮添加 (N<sub>0</sub>)处理相比,施低氮(N<sub>60</sub>)、中氮(N<sub>120</sub>)和高氮(N<sub>240</sub>)处理下柳枝稷叶片的SPAD值平均增加了4.73%、18.71%和8.86%,净光合速率(P<sub>n</sub>)平均提高了5.55%、17.02%和12.41%,气孔导度(G<sub>s</sub>)平均升高了7.87%、56.18%和39.33%,细胞间隙CO<sub>2</sub>浓度(C<sub>i</sub>)平均增加了7.86%、30.71%和13.81%。柳枝稷叶片蒸腾速率(T<sub>r</sub>)在高氮(N<sub>240</sub>)处理下达到最大值,叶片水分利用效率(WUE)随着不同施氮水平的增加而逐渐下降。隶属函数分析结果表明,施中氮(N<sub>120</sub>)处理下柳枝稷各抗旱指标隶属函数值的均值最大。因此,本试验条件下有利于提高柳枝稷叶片光合能力和抗旱性的适宜施氮水平为120 kg·hm<sup>-2</sup>。

在“玉米-大豆”套作模式下,以贡选1号为材料,研究了施氮量对套作大豆花后光合特性、干物质积累量及产量的影响。结果表明,花后Chl a含量、Chl a/b值、净光合速率、叶、叶柄、茎和荚的干重以及地上部干物质积累总量均以低氮处理(纯氮32.4 kg/hm<sup>2</sup>)最优,其次为中氮处理(纯氮64.8 kg/hm<sup>2</sup>)。套作大豆的产量和有效荚数均以低氮处理最高,分别较对照(不施氮)高18.22%和17.37%,差异极显著;其次为中氮处理,与对照差异显著;高氮处理(纯氮97.2 kg/hm<sup>2</sup>)则显著低于对照,这是由于经高氮处理的大豆植株花后叶面积指数(LAI)过高,影响通风透光,落花落荚严重所致。可见,合理施用氮肥(纯氮32.4, 64.8 kg/hm<sup>2</sup>)能提高套作大豆花后叶片的净光合速率,地上部干物质积累量,进而提高大豆产量。

以国内外引进的8个紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)品种为试验材料,对比研究不同品种的叶片特征、产量性状和光合生理特性,采用相关性分析和通径分析法,探讨其与产量的关联性,以期为高产紫花苜蓿种质的筛选提供依据。结果表明:供试紫花苜蓿品种单株干重的变幅为0.88~1.21 g;各性状与单株干重的相关性按大小排序依次为:单株叶干重>比叶重>蒸腾速率>单株叶片数>叶形指数,单株叶干重是最突出的叶片特征指标。对单株干重的影响程度从大到小依次为:比叶重>气孔导度>可溶性蛋白>株高>蔗糖>可溶性糖>叶绿素总量,其中,比叶重是单株干重的主要决定因子。综上,高产紫花苜蓿种质筛选的重要指标包括:单株叶干重和比叶重,8个紫花苜蓿品种中‘甘农9号’、‘WL319HQ’和‘SG501’的单株干重、单株叶干重和比叶重均较大,可作为高产种质在育种工作中加以研究利用。
