Analysis of the Evolution of Technological Innovation Model in Anhua Dark Tea Industry

Abstract

Through the investigation of the development history of Anhua dark tea industry, combining with the process model theory of technical innovation, the author preliminarily put forward the developing orbit of the technical innovation and the developing driving force of Anhua dark tea industry. Since the flourish of Anhua dark tea in Ming and Qing dynasties, the technical innovation process of Anhua dark tea has experienced four steps which were the collaborative pull model between borderland market and the government’s control before 20th century, the one way driving model by the science and technology in dark tea industry from the early to the end of 20th century, the one way driving model by the inland market demands from the end of the 20th to the early 21st century and the interaction model slowly formed by technology and market in tea industry nowadays.
