In order to scientifically evaluate the county economic development level, promote the development of county economy and fill the gaps of relevant researches, 2 first level indexes which were economic development and life of urban and rural residents, and 15 second level indexes including economic growth rate, income level, medical service level etc., were selected to construct the county economic development subjective evaluation index system of Yantai City. Based on the questionnaire of urban and rural residents, subjective satisfaction on economy of eight counties in Yantai was evaluated. The results showed that satisfaction of urban and rural residents on county economy in Yantai was relatively satisfied. The development of the first and second level indexes among different counties in Yantai was unbalanced. Development level of county economy in Yantai City needs to be improved.
