Professional farmers training is very important to develop modern agriculture which could increase farmers’ income. The existing farmer training model need highly training costs but poor effect. Therefore, combining the Massive Open Online Courses and Internet technology, put forward a training model based on micro course and flipped classroom. The model has two basic points. First, the courses were oriented to agriculture problem and implemented on the Internet platform. Second, before the class ,the farmers watch the online course，meanwhile the agriculture expert finish the knowledge delivering. On the class, farmers finish absorption process of internalization by farmer questioning and expert answering. In this paper, discussed the new model, and then analyzed a case. The practical application shows that this model is conformed with characteristics of farmers, since it’s low cost and training effectiveness. It is a beneficial exploration of the Internet + farmers’ training.
