Progress in Geophysics is a comprehensive academic journal in geophysics and related fields jointly sponsored by the Institute of Geology and Geophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Geophysical Society of China, and is published publicly at home and abroad.
This journal mainly reports on the latest progress and achievements in geophysics research at home and abroad, explores the development strategy of geophysics, and evaluates the current situation and development trend of geophysics discipline. Publish innovative or significant research papers, monographs, reviews, newsletters, and other articles. This journal is a core geophysical journal in the 2004 edition of "Overview of Chinese Core Journals", a core journal in the China Science and Technology Paper Statistics and Citation Analysis Database (CSTPC), and a core journal in the China Science Citation Database (CSCD). Both Chinese and English submissions are acceptable.
