Abstract

mRNA differential display reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction（DDRT-PCR）is an effective technology in isolation and cloning genes in molecular biology. The primary principle, superiorities, shortages, andtechnological improvements were reviewed, and this paper mainly focuses on the application of the technology in the isolation of rice (Oryza sativa L.) genes.
