The rice blast vaccine inoculation method was adopted to identify the blast resistant of rice varieties (lines) cultivated in Heilongjiang province. The field microclimate was artificially controlled in order to create a set of measure of higher incidence of rice blast, easier operation, bigger capacity of nursery and reliable identification result. In the last fewer years, we screened a batch of germplasm with higher value of application, systemic material with well resistance and few varieties.
