Abstract

The condition ofcommon sugar and pH 5.1 and 25℃ for Trichoderma fermentation was mostbenefit to growth and spore production of Trichoderma spore in fermentation medium. Temperature but humidity was considered as the most important factor which determined the level of spore production in the medium.
