Abstract

The experiment study that effects of different density Ca2+ and GA on the germination and the seed vigour of Cotton .The result showed : 100ppMGA and 0.1%Ca2+ can remarkable the seed vigour of cotton ; 50ppMGA＋1% Ca2+and 100ppMGA＋0.1% Ca2+ can promote the seed vigour of cotton , and obvious better than other companies.
