Abstract

The tissue culture of stem tip from purple Asparagus was studied.The results showed:(1)The suitable medium for induction culture was MS+6-BA1.0mg.L-1;(2)The suitable mutiplication medium for male plant of purple Asparaguswas MS+NAA0.5 mg.L-1+6-BA0.5 mg.L-1with multiplication coefficient 2.5; The suitable mutiplication medium for famale plant of purple Asparaguswas MS+NAA0.05 mg.L-1+6-BA0.3 mg.L-1with multiplication coefficient 2.1;(3)Rooting medium:Improved MS+NAA0.05 mg.L-1+IBA1.0 mg.L-1+KT0.2 mg.L-1 with rooting rate 85%;(4)Transition cultivating technique:Tissue culture seedseedings with more than 3 roots cultivated in the mixed soil according to soil/vermiculite rate 5/3.
