Abstract

The results showed that the extracting liquid mixed 2 volume of acetone with 1 volume of ethanol was the best method among acetone method and additional eight kind directly soaking methods which extracted chlorophyll from rape leaf. This method is characted by simple ,efficient and accurate and especially in measuring on batch of samples.
