Abstract

stabilitytesting and compare of the Hydroextracting the Dark Brown Pigment from Walnutepicarpofdry in the sun and by the airing and retting ． Theresultshowedthatthepigmentproperty sameness ,fo example ,canbebettersolvedbyH2O，reduceisstronger，activityisbetter，salt ,C12H22O11 , lemon acidandmetalironhavelittleeffect ．Ourexperimentsshowedthatthemethedhasmanyadvatages，Suchashighextractionefficiency ，simplyprocess， lesspollution ，andthecostissmolletc ．but extraction quotiety ofthe Dark Brown Pigment differfrom Walnutepicarpof the three made of dryness ．
