Abstract

The film-covered double-furrow planting technique on even drought land was put forward based on the characteristic of nine drought year of decade on north drought areas and the climate feature of spring dry and autumn rain. The technique comprised film covered Double furrow cultivating plant, collecting rain and gathering water, capturing glide and storing up in order gather water in rain and irrigate in drought from April to September. The technique is not only improved the water utilizing efficiency and in creased cropland water production potential, but also kept within limits the water and soil lose through water flow in land surface.
