In this paper，26 factors of ecological，economic and social environment indexes of the evaluation index system of eco-agriculture county were discussed，the determinate weight scales and calculating approaches of every item and sub-factor were accounted for，and the connotation of ecological economy of every index was also explained，This evaluation index system was applied in the evaluation of 3 years constructional result in 14 eco-agriculture counties，It has an important directive significance in the normalization and judgment of eco-agricultural construction level in a region of county class and quickening the development speed of eco-agriculture to a higher level.
