By sketching out the status quo and problems in the glutinous corn breeding, this paper aims at the target of glutinous Corn Breeding: high quality, strong resistance to plant diseases and insect pests, with new varieties to meet the demands of the market, It also discusses the tactics and suggests some corresponding methods on the self- breeding and hybrids On the basis of the principles of corn breeding and genetics.
