Abstract
On the basis of multi-site and many years of systematic survey and research, to summarize that crops biological damage is serious loss than flood and drought and etc, and summarize the characteristics such as commonly occurred, outbreak damage, it also analyzes their occurrence causes and puts forward the counter measures of the establishment of new type biological damage management mechanism, the increase of in put and the implement of integrated control and prevention.
