Abstract

The article summarized the development of research on flax transgenic technique in the field of flax：(1)the authors in and outside appraised and cloned the object gene succeed;(2)the studies a variety of gene transformed method；(3)abase the system of flax genetic transformed by the agrobacterium tumefactions get a number of new longitude of transgenic flax。And cast light on the low percent of transformed，the bad operation in the transformed exogenous gene，the transgenic plant is not study in the genetic side new。
