Abstract

To obtain high efficient grape explant system in simplified tissue culture, a lot of compared experiments were made on Bactericides concentration ,soaked time and concentration in medium. Experimental results showed that soaked in 4%for 6h and inserted in 0.2% medium, the succeed percentage of grape explant could arrived 95% above, and the differentiation was normal.
