Based on the questionnaire and case study analyse for 4 counties (Qi and District), the paper concludes that the macro benefit on county level will be achieved when the eco-household construction taking household as the construction unit and biogas as the construction content has reached a certain amount and size. The promotion of livestock industry development and restructure of crop production is beneficial to the rational use of resources and improvement of ecological environment, and popularization and extension of agricultural technologies. Furthermore, presenting the reform of high tech to the traditional agriculture, it also provides the advantage on the improvement of farmer’s income and rural well-being construction. The active participation and experimentation of county government extremely enriched the activities on eco homestead construction, and provided the guidance on local agricultural and rural development for the local officials.
