Abstract

The oil and protein content of seed of different stem parts of four soybean cultures with two different growth habits and two maturity were analyzed. The quality is dominant different. The seed protein content was upper(40.010%) >upper-middle (38.890%)>middle(38.110%) >lower-middle(36.428%) > lower(35.888%) stem part. The seed oil content of indeterminate growth habit soybean was lower(21.908%) > lower –middle(21.797%) >middle(21.242%) >upper –middle(20.873%) >upper (19.983%) stem part. The seed oil content of semi-determinate growth habit soybean was upper(21.411%)
