Abstract

‘Hongbiao Seedless’ is a triploid seedless grape cultivar derived from ‘Zhengzhou Zaohong’(a diploid seeded cultivar)×‘Kyoho’(a tetraploid seeded cultivar).It was crossed in 1986. It ripens very early, 30d earlier than ‘Kyoho’. The berries are large, black purple with crisp flesh, high quality and 15.4% soluble solid content. It’s productive, disease-resistant. The fruit is suitable for both fresh use and canning. It is suitable both in open and protection cultivation.
