With the great special characteristic of biologic and ecology, various forest type has different effect on the different chemical property of soil. Research on the ecological restoration area in Wuxi country in the reservoir area of three gorges, which considering China Armand pine and mason pine as the dominant plant of the mixed broadleaf-conifer forest including fir-mason pine of mixed forest, cypress-mason pine of mixed forest and pure filbert forest of the soil. The results show that the soil chemical properties of woodland have a remarkable difference compared with reference land, as well as the whole Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Kailua and readily available nutrient of the soil. Meanwhile, the organic content is higher than the two reference lands obviously, the soil organic content has the increased trend with the increase of the age of the forest in each forest area.
