Abstract

There are many problems and weak points in the course of compile and apply the water and soil conservation project. The paper study on how to raise the water and soil conservation project compile quality, and strengthen science and operation nature of water and soil conservation project according to some problems, such as not standard name and unreasonable soil erosion predicting.
