Using scientific development view as guidelines, this article aims at analyzing the question of limit resource, etc. that existing in the increase of farmer’s income and agricultural development of Anhui Province. Accordingly, it brings up suggestions and relative strategy of catching the opportunity, increasing the stability and continuality of farmers’ income by virtue of policy tuning, overall arrangement optimization, market orientation and science and technology drive, increasing farmers’ income to a great extent.
