Abstract

Rhizoctonia Cerealis Varder Hoeven was cultured on different media ，the resultsshowed that PDA+VB1，PDA + leaves， V8 medium andtomato medium were better than others on growthrate and pathogenicity of Rhizoctonia Cerealis Varder Hoeven .So, the fourkinds of media could be used in rejuvenation and preserving Rhizoctonia Cerealis Varder Hoeven in lab.
