The “Three Agricultures” problem has been existing in our country for a long time.It is a result of the long-term “double economic and social structures”, the devided governing in rural and urban areas, as well as the development of industry at the cost of expending agriculture surplus excessively.This problem has become more and more serious in the past years as a consequence of the aggravated environment of our country in international trade. And it is quite difficult for us to solve it in the true sense. The author of this paper believes that this problem cannot be solved in a short period unless we take the right Path, adopting various measures. In that way, we can achieve the realization of a well-off society.
