It was expounded that the Peasant's Culture and Scien-tech Diathesis and the countryside economy development affects each other from historical point of view, it was nailed down basically that they are main factors to affect advancing the peasant's diathesis, these factors include form of possession system, state policies, level of economy development, extensive system of agricultural techniques, and contacting extent of city and countryside.
