Abstract

Northwest sci-technology university of agriculture and forestry insists on the mode of running a school combined closely in production, teaching, research, carry on deep exploration and practise in such aspects as talent's building of contingent of agricultural sci-tech popularization, network system construction, the system and innovation of mechanism. Have built up and " regarded Yang Ling as the centre, based on Shaanxi, faced the Northwest tentatively, agricultural sci-tech popularization service network that radiate in the whole country ". The socialized service function of the school is being strengthened constantly.
