Abstract

Because of crops seriously damaged by pests, the production of crops was suffering a heavy loss. it would not only ease the anti-pesticide capability of pests but also cause environmental pollution if pesticide was used. In recent years, with transgenic engineering constant deepening, insect-resistant transformation rapidly developed. There were many ways to detection transgenic plants. In this paper, the techniques and principles of marker gene, molecular marker and immune techniques were introduced to identification insect-resistant transgenic plants.
