Abstract

The progress of postharvest physico-chemical changes ,pathology and storage research of papaya fruit is summarized.The paper emphasizes on the physico-chemical changes during ripening of papaya fruit ,the physiological of chilling injuring and heating injuring and the advance On postharvest technology and storage.
