Abstract

Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) and Inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) molecular markers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 20 cultivated Chinese chive’s germplasm. The results are as fellows: Of the primers tested, 12 ISSR and 15 RAPD
