Abstract

With the short cherry of Lai-yang being explant and the MS being basic culture medium ,experiments were established in order to study the effect of different concentration compounding treatments of two kinds hormone (6-BA,IBA) on the bud proliferation and the effect of 6-BA on the bud inducement of explant and the effect of IBA on the rhizogenesis. Results achieved were as the follows: the optimal merisis culture medium is MS+BA1.0mg/L+IBA0.1mg/L+Sugar30g/L+Agar6g/L. The results rhizogenesis culture medium is 1/2MS+IBA0.5mg/L+Sugar30g/L +Agar6G/L.
