Abstract

Estrogen includes estradiol，estriol and estrone. Estradiol(E2)is the strongest active hormone of the three kinds of estrogen. It has very strong physiology function and extensive medical function to animal and poultry，but remain in animal food will endanger human health. Research indicated that the level of estradiol content in human body is remarkably relative to some tumors， such as galactophore cancer， womb cancer, liver cancer etc. This article will briefly state the examination methods and the research of the antibody of estradiol to establish base for the estradiol ELISA analysis method.
