Abstract

This paper reported the optimum fermentation conditions for A11,The optimum media is that made of ACSI culture with initial pH 7.2.Culturing 6 days at 28℃ and supplying oxygen 100ml/250ml is good for fermentation of the actinomyces strain. In this condition, the average inhibition zone wide of fermentation products on Pyriculariaoryzae Sace is 1.03cm and the average inhibition rate is 57.4%.
