Abstract

The winter wheat variety-heng7228 was bred by the dry land Farming Research institute, dry land farming research institute of Hebei academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences. During the process, there are many advancing methods has been used, including the method of alternation selection in water land and dry land, the method of appraisement in other lands, etc. Heng7228 has the characters of high field, water saving and very good resistances. It is a very good variety for the Huanghuai wheat area.
