This paper evaluated the storage effect of Dongqing No. 1 and Dongqing01 using sensory and laboratory methods. The result showed that the sensory multiple-scoring of the two silage corn varieties were higher than 82 score, and the laboratory multiple-scoring were higher than 77.5 score. So two methods drew the same conclusion, and the quality was superior. However the sensory evaluation must use the uniform standard and it was better to evaluate by laboratory method. And also the feeding experiment of Dongqing1 tested the two methods further.
