Study on Agrobacterium-Mediated Transformation System of Ramie Leaves

Abstract

A regeneration system of Ramie leaves have been set up. The concentration of Kan has been ensured as 25 mg/L, to screen the transformed and non-transformed plant. After studied the affect of different conditions, an Agrobacterium-mediated transformation system of Ramie leaves have been set up.
