Abstract

The young inflorescences culture and the rapid propagation of Anthurium andraeanum Lind. were carried out and mediums for various culture stages were selected. Results showed that the optimal mediums were MS+BA1+2,4-D0.2 for inducing callus formation, MS+BA1+KT1+NAA0.1 for propagation and 1/2MS+NAA0.5 for inducing root formation respectively.
