With coordination by the government and support of science as well as technology Yangling Model，which is initiated by enterprises and practiced by farmers，has been created during the process of increasing the income of the farmers from yangling,and the average yearly net income of farmers from yangling witnesses an increase of 12.5%.The operational system,characteristics，as well as practical usage of this model are elaborated in this article.
