Comparative studies on Isonuclear Alloplasmic CMS Lines and Hybrids in Brassica napus.L

Abstract

The results showed that 212A is stable cytoplasmic male sterile line due to its bud died in low temperature by selfing, artificial pollination and morphological observation. The yield of the crosses between three CMS lines and 1102C were higher 11.1% and 7.1% than cross 213A/1102C and 214A/1102C,inspectively.The combining ability of 212A is higher and then cross 212A/1102C was released by National Crop Approval Committe and cross 212A/116C by Shaanxi Province Crop Approval Committe.
