Spike degeneration and sterile grain rate can be decreased by increasing Zn and Si fertilizer, and the number of grains per ear and grain yield can be increased.But over-increasing Zn and Si fertilizer will have negative effect on the protein, wet gluten, and lysine and other nutritive qualities of strong gluten wheat, but it is not favorable to the increasing of nutritive qualities of strong gluten wheat. And 37.5 Kg/hm2 of humic Zn and Si fertilizer is suitable in agriculture practice.
