The Studying of the Method of Remote Sensing Monitoring the Soil Moisture

Abstract

The theories and methods of soil moisture monitoring by remote sensing are summarized,after reviewing water and hot index, which can reflect ecology and environment and is one part of it.The results showed that the methods on soil moisture monitoring by remote sensing have microwave remote sensing monitoring , thermal inertia, the composite index of crop vegetation and brightness index, as well as hot infrared monitoring ,etc. Eventually, the principle to every method and concrete suitable field have been described and compared.
