The Effect of Genital Mucosal Immune of PRRSV Attenuated Vaccine and Disactived Vaccine

Abstract

The Effect of mucosal immune of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) attenuated and disactived vaccine was investigated by histological method. 18 sow of 5 month age in Landrace×large Yorkshire two-way crossbred were selected. PRRSV attenuated and disactived vaccine has been immunized by genital mucosal. the results of shows that the number of intraepithelial lymphocyte in uterus mucosal ofPRRSV attenuated vaccine significantly decreased than that of disactived vaccine and control group (P<0.01=. Epithelial of uterus mucosal were lower and regulator than control group and disactived vaccine. the number of intraepithelial lymphocyte in uterus mucosal of PRRSV disactived vaccine genital immune group weren’t significantly difference than that of control group (P>0.05). The results of showed that the lymphocyte number be suppressed by genital immune group. our result showed that wereimmunized by genital mucosal in PRRSV attenuated vaccine and disactived vaccine wereideal.
