Dry yield and crude protein of alfalfas and three main soil nutrient contents were measured before and at the end of 2001.The results showed that the total of the dry yield was 9582.3kg/hm2, the first, The protein of the first, second and third yield was 19.82%, 11.70% and 21.1%. The different way of treat and confection,will effect the protein content of Alfalfa.
