Functions of SOD-POD Activities Drought Resistance on Wheat

Abstract

A drought experiment was conducted with three wheat varieties. Different drought resistance of varieties was clarified based on chlorophyll content (Chl), leaf potential, cell permeability, malondialdehyde (MDA), and soil water content (SWC). Direct function of SOD-POD was realized by being analysed relations of drought resistance and SOD-POD. They were not positive related, however possible negative related.
