The experiment was conducted to study the effects of on the agronomic characters and the grain protein content of winter wheat with double factors trial design, and Winter wheat varieties Chao-You 66 as material. The results showed that the optimum combination for high yield was 240kg/hm2 nitrogen fertilizer and the method that the percentages of base fertilizers, elongation fertilizers and booting fertilizers were 40%, 40%, 20%.
